The River Church is partnering with other churches in the community to collect shoes and other clothing items for the Haitian people. All of the items collected are taken to Hands of Friendship in New Prague. There they are loaded in to a truck trailer destined for Haiti.
Please bring your used or new shoes to the River Church and put them in the Haiti Shoe Barrel. Feel free to include items of clothing as well.
To Date the River Church as collected the following times.
- 164 pairs of shoes of all types
- 32 packages of 6.2 oz Nonfat Dry Milk Power
- 3 jackets
